LuAnn (Osmus) Fouts

LuAnn (Osmus) Fouts passed away on May 7, 2019, with her daughter, Shara, at her side. Her loving smile and kind soul made everyone feel welcome.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband Arthur Fouts by seven short weeks. After over 30 years of marriage, the pair seemed destined to be together again. LuAnn was a loving mother to daughter Shara and husband Justin, stepson Preston and wife Michelle, and step daughter Natasha. Wonderful grandma to Kaiden, Colten, Asher, Nikolena and Ansel. Caring sister to Jacqueline and Gordon. Wonderful aunt to many nieces and nephews. A true friend to all.

She loved capturing memories and often had a camera accompanying her. LuAnn loved animals and cats were her favorite. Through most of her life she had a spoiled furry feline companion.

LuAnn was happiest when taking care of those she loved like her family, friends, church and community. LuAnn was an incredible organizer. She lent her abilities to many community and church events. She used to enjoy volunteering in hospitality for The Festival of Sandpoint and Lost in the Fifties events. She also loved organizing festivities and serving the Lord for her beloved First Baptist Church in Sandpoint.

She worked for the Fresno Police Department as a community service officer for over 15 years. After moving to Sagle, Idaho, she began a career in real estate and most recently worked for her church.

A joint memorial service for Art and LuAnn Fouts is scheduled for 10 a.m., June 29, 2019, at the First Baptist Church in Sandpoint, Idaho. 1230 Michigan St, Sandpoint, ID 83864.

LuAnn was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
