Heidi Johnson, 36, was arrested in the area of Westmond Road and Highway 95 at 3:23 p.m. on charges of providing false information, possession of paraphernalia, and four Bonner County felony warrants; and Brandley Dorland, 27, was arrested at the same time and location on an agent’s warrant.
