Oct. 22
A 16-year-old Sandpoint male in the 400 block of Division Avenue was issued a promise to appear at 10:16 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Michele R. Galbreath, 46, of Wallace, was arrested in the 200 block of Superior Street at 1:07 p.m. on charges of felony possession of meth, driving under the influence (second offense), possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
A female juvenile was signed as a runaway on Honeysuckle Avenue at 1:33 p.m.
A vehicle was reported damaged in the 1100 block of Poplar Street at 2:34 p.m.
A crossing arm malfunction was reported on Boyer Avenue at 4:49 p.m.
Officers advised that a situation was resolved when they arrived in the 4300 block of Burns Court after an unspecified complaint at 6:40 p.m.

Alan J. Madsen, 31, of Kootenai was arrested in the area of Highway 200 and Fifth Street at 12:40 a.m. on a charge of
driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
