Dick Boling

Dick Boling fell asleep in death on October 23, 2019, at home with his loving wife Linda and their children near his side.

Dick was born in Sandpoint, Idaho, on October 5, 1941, to Jess and Ruby Boling. He was a man of many talents which included building swimming pools (some in Sandpoint), construction (houses and the Coeur d’Alene Resort hotel) long haul trucking (even to Predeau Bay), diesel mechanic as well as a regular mechanic. He never turned away anyone who needed their car fixed.

He was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness on July 5th, 1985 in Castlecar, British Columbia. He was a member of the North Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Sandpoint. He loved Jehovah more than anything else and did his best to learn and follow the Bible’s teachings.

He is survived by Linda his wife of almost 52 years (they were married on December 21, 1967 in Reno Nevada.) Their children Shawn (Diane) Boling, and Kristy Baca. Three grandchildren, Kandace (Jamesin) Kretz, Matthew Hulquist and Chase Baca and one great granddaughter Baylee.

He also has a brother, Jim Boling and a sister, Mary Paris and all of his brothers and sisters are at the North and South congregations of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Sandpoint.

A memorial will be held on November 16, 2019 at 2:00 pm, at the Kingdom Hall on Boyer Avenue in Sandpoint.

A get together will be held following the service at the Ponderay Event Center. All are welcome.

He will be greatly missed till we meet again.
