Josh Haney, 38, of Newport, was arrested in the 4000 block of North Boyer Road at 12:30 p.m. on a misdemeanor warrant for driving without privileges.

Report of a trespass in the 300 block of Chinook Way in Priest River at 12:26 p.m.

Report of malicious injury to property in the 483000 block of Highway 95 at 12:43 p.m.

Report of fraud on West Shore Lane at 1:11 p.m.

Kenneth Riordan of Dover was arrested for felony domestic battery on O’Donnell Drive in Dover at 3:33 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 30000 block of Highway 41 in Oldtown at 3:38 p.m.

Adam Goodoien, 50, of Coolin, was arrested in the 4000 block of N. Boyer Road at 4:16 p.m. on a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Deputies, EMS and Northside Fire responded to a reported single-vehicle accident in the 1000 block of Kootenai Road at 4:22 p.m.

Report of information in the 7500 block of Blacktail Road in Careywood at 5:46 p.m.

Report of a non-injury accident in the 4500 block of Bandy Road in Priest River at 6:08 p.m.

Deputies responded to the 1000 block of Lakeshore Drive in Sagle after a report of a suspicious circumstances at 8:10 p.m.

Report of suspicious circumstances in the 1200 block of Lakeshore Road in Sagle at 8:12 p.m.

Report of an unlawful entry in the 100 block of Oma Creek Drive at 8:24 p.m.

Aaron Harty, 30, of Sagle was arrested in the area of Highway 41 and S. Marian Avenue in Oldtown at 11:21 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and driving without privileges.

Nov. 5

A 16-year-old Sagle male was arrested in the 400 block of Division Avenue on a charge of possession of marijuana at 9:38 a.m.

Officers responded to the area of 1500 block of Oak Street after a report of suspicious circumstances at 9:37 a.m. and advised the information was unfounded.

Report of a tobacco violation in the 1000 block of Boyer Avenue at 11:20 a.m.

Officers were unable to locate a female who got off an Amtrak train in the Railroad Depot Avenue area after a request to check on her at 9:41 a.m.

Officers advised an alarm in the 1500 block of Northshore Drive at 11:52 a.m. was unfounded.

A civil protection order on Fifth Avenue was placed under investigation at 2:12 p.m.

A complaint received regarding the abortion protestors in the 300 block of Division Avenue at 2:52 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Division Avenue at 3:31 p.m.

Officers advised that they are unable to location anyone in the Cedar Street area after a report of a juvenile problem at 6:20 p.m.
