Revised Request for Proposals 2020 Single-Family AFFORDABLE Housing DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES Idaho Housing and Finance Association ("IHFA") HOME Programs Department is accepting formal proposals for federally-assisted single-family development activities. Single-family is defined as 1-4 units under common ownership and financing. IHFA will award HOME and NSP3 funds to community-based, non-profit owner-developers to acquire and/or rehabilitate or construct single-family units in Idaho. NSP3 is limited to specific Canyon County Census Tracts, as defined in the RFP guidance; HOME may be used anywhere in Idaho, except Boise. Boise projects may be approved by the HOME Programs Manager. As required by the funding program, units must be sold or rented to low, and very low -income households.
