Ting announces drive to aid food bank

The Ting Gives Back holiday promotion starts Nov. 22 and ends on Dec. 31. “Our whole team loves our community, and we thought this a great way to further help our friends and neighbors as the holidays set in,” said Ting’s city manager, Kari Saccomanno. “The team looks forward to working alongside fellow community members to provide hands-on assistance also. We will be helping the food bank organize and fills its shelves before this busy season begins.”

The mission of the Bonner Community Food Bank is to assist people in our community with supplemental foods in a time of personal crisis. The Food Bank is primarily a food resource for low income families, disabled individuals, children and seniors to receive a ‘helping hand’ in a time of emergency. All resources at the food bank are free, with the hope that when an individual sees the opportunity, he or she will help someone in return for the help they received.
