After a welfare check request on Aspen Court at 1:47 p.m., officers advised the male was deceased.

Steven B. Best, 32 of Kootenai was arrested in the Lake Street area at 8:14 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (first offense) and cited on charges of no insurance and failure to register a vehicle.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Maple Avenue at 8:31 p.m.
