Francis S. Clark, 47, of Priest River was arrested on a felony warrant on W. Lake Street at 11:54 a.m.
Accidental 911 activation was reported on Birch Street at 1:39 p.m.
After a 12-year-old male was stopped for shoplifting in the 600 block of Larch Street at 2:14 p.m., an officer advised that civil action was taken rather than criminal
