Downing joins TitleOne as office administrator

Tracy Downing has joined TitleOne as an office administrator in the company’s Sandpoint office with a background in business management.

Downing is originally from Arkansas and a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas.

The title and escrow company is committed to making a difference for team members and the communities it serves. Since opening in 2000, TitleOne has created ways to help real estate professionals do better business, with an array of products and services give clients big company offerings with local service.

In 2011, TitleOne acquired Idaho Title and Trust, one of eastern Idaho’s oldest title companies with a 100-year history in Bonneville, Butte and Jefferson counties. After expanding into North Idaho in 2013, the company added several new escrow and title jobs to the local economy when it opened a TitleOne office in Coeur d’Alene.

TitleOne continued its statewide growth after the 2014 acquisition of Land Title and Escrow, the Magic Valley’s largest title and escrow company, with offices in Twin Falls, Jerome, Gooding, Rupert and Burley. In May, TitleOne has acquired Sandpoint Title Insurance, expanding coverage in North Idaho.
