Report of a traffic hazard in the 38500 block of Highway 41 in Oldtown at 5:21 a.m.
Ryan McNinch, 25, of Coolin, was arrested in the Sherwood Beach Road area in Coolin at 6:09 a.m. on a probation violation; and Brandon Ryser, 28, of Coeur d’Alene, was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and on a Kootenai County arrest warrant.
A 911 hang-up was reported on Jason Way in Clark Fork at 7:58 a.m.
A 911 hang-up was reported in the 486200 block of Highway 95 at 8:45 a.m.
A follow-up report was taken on Kelso Lake Road in Priest River at 10:01 a.m.
Crystal Giles, 28, was arrested on N. Center Valley Road at 2:01 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of prescription pills; and Jacob Mutter , 26, was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

An officer was unable to locate a dog at large in the 1500 block of Oak Street at 3:53 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate a reckless driver reported to be in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Baldy Mountain Road at 4:47 p.m.
