Donation helps provide Thanksgiving dinner

Thanks to a group of Sandpoint Airport businesses, the food bank received a welcomed boost to help provide local families with Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday.

On Friday, Nov. 22, a large group of Sandpoint Airport businesses came together to donate $5,101 and 1,800 pounds of food to the Bonner Community Food Bank to help feed local families through the holidays. The money came from 17 different businesses and individuals. Contributing to the drive were

Daher Aircraft, $1,081; Tamarack Aerospace, $500; Granite Aviation, $500; Timberline Helicopters, $500; Affinity Development Group, $500; KSZT LLC, $500; Dempsey and Associates, $250; Pack River Aviation, $250; Zaero Engineering, $200; Pilot Training NW, $100; Rick Orchard, $100; Ted Farmin, $100; Bill Juettner, $100; Bob De Valle, $20; Jan Lee Family, $200; Earnie Martin, $100; and Paul Nowaski, $100.
