Lance J. Marley, 66, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2019, at his home in Sagle, Idaho.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2019, at the Lakeview Funeral Home with Pastor Jon Pomeroy of the Sandpoint Church of God officiating.
Lance was born on August 30, 1953, in Sandpoint to Clyde and Opal Marley. He graduated from Sandpoint High School in 1971 before spending one year at the University of Idaho.
Lance owned and operated Bonner County Security Police for years. Most recently he worked as a flagger for Traffic Corp.
Lance married Kimberly Siegel on April 7, 2002, in Sandpoint. He loved music, singing, and TV shows. Lance will be forever remembered for his uniqueness and quirky personality as well as his deep devotion to his Christian faith.
He is survived by one brother, Randy (Clare) Marley of Sand-point; a daughter, Jennifer (Josh) Shields of Coeur d’Alene; a son, Nathan Marley of Coeur d’Alene; and four grandchildren, Tobias, Donovan, Nikai, and Evening.
He will be missed by his friends and family, but will be overjoyed to be reunited in Heaven with his parents, wife Kimberly, and two brothers, Arlen and Warren Marley.
