Sixth grader Jamelyn Levesque, right, was among the students who had an electrifying time during Sagle Elementary’s family and community event on Tuesday, Oct. 1. The science night was sponsored by Title 1 and included Radical Rick with his Van de Graaff generator, as well as Mobius Science Center activities where students created “whirligigs” and “ring flyers.” Students also had balloon races, made pinwheels, and explored static electricity and electrical circuits.
