Kevin Wylie, left, was sworn in by Priest River Mayor Jim Martin on Monday as an interim council member, filling the seat vacated by former council member Gary Stewart. Wylie is running unopposed for the two-year seat in the Nov. 5 election. Four people are vying for the two four-year seats, however, including incumbents Doug Wagner and Greg Edwards. Sean Schneider, owner of the Eagle’s Nest Motel is also running for a four-year seat, as is write-in candidate, former Priest River mayor and council member Billy Mullaley.
