1. I am currently a member of the city council and am up for reelection.

2. I dont believe anyone has “unmatched” qualifications. Everyone who serves brings with them unique life experience, education, training and passions.

Our current focus is on completion of our water system upgrade, our transportation plan, the creation of a community park, increased availability to high speed internet.

4. The mayor and the council address all projects and issues as a team. As a small city, our biggest hurdle is funding. We are committed, focused and dedicated to accomplishing our goals through hard work, grant funding, community involvement, private donations and volunteerism.

5. Knowing I did the right thing for our community and its citizens is my only goal.

6. We take no salary in East Hope. We volunteer our time to help run our city government and complete city projects as needed.

7. Continue my work as a volunteer elected official to preserve, maintain and grow our beautiful city.

8. I think criticism is the result of misinformation. I am always available to answer questions and to help alleviate concerns in the community.

9. My only goal is to do what will improve and enhance our way of life in East Hope. The establishment of a “quiet zone” in East Hope during my first term took determination and perseverance. I will continue with that same determination and perseverance if elected again.

10. My question would be, “What drives your desire to be an elected official?” My “drive” is my desire to contribute my best for the best outcome and future of East Hope.
