A follow-up report on Pine Street led to an incident being placed under investigation at 8:38 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Madison Avenue at 10:02 a.m

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Madison Avenue area at 10;30 a.m.

Florine M. Caldwell, 49, of Sagle, was cited in the area of Pine Street and Euclid Avenue at 12:45 p.m. on a charge of reckless driving.

Officers were unable to locate a suspicious male reported to be in the 1200 block of W. Lake Street at 12:59 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call reported in the Fifth Avenue area at 12:57 p.m.
