Charles Wayne Garayalde, 80, of Oregon, was arrested in the Rena Road area in Oldtown at 4:47 p.m. on a charge of being a fugitive from justice for outstanding felony warrants out of Oregon.

A female was given a courtesy transport to the crisis center from the city at 11:53 a.m.
