Constituents waiting for Fulcher's response on railroad bridge

On Aug 6, I asked Rep. Russ Fulcher, in an open letter to the Bee, for his position concerning the pending environmental assessment versus an environmental impact statement decision on the proposed new railroad bridges. I also sent him direct correspondence and asked for his response. I suggested a town hall meeting as well. To date I’ve seen nothing in response.

His lack of response may be telling because his editorial that same week was basically just a BNSF talking point. I ask again, Congressman Fulcher, what is your position on the need for a full EIS? Your actual constituents are waiting.
