Report of a hit-and-run accident involving a vehicle-versus-bicycle collision reported at Fifth Avenue and Alder Street at 6:09 p.m.

Jacob R. Greiff, 18, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1200 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:42 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

An officer was unable to locate anyone in the area after a complaint of a juvenile problem in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Spruce Street at 11:10 p.m.
