Luttmann offers tips to organize home, life

The school year is starting and it’s time to get back into a routine. But it can also mean feeling overwhelmed and disorganized. Take time for yourself and attend the 7B Women’s September luncheon where interior designer Nikki Luttmann, owner of Seven Bee Interiors, will provide great tips for organizing your home.

Luttmann has been doing interior design work in Bonner County for the past 17 years. Originally from California, she graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in design and textiles. She moved to the community in 2002 and went to work for Schweitzer Mountain, where she went on to design and manage several restaurant projects including the Chimney Rock. Soon after, she went to work for local interior designer, Michelle Blemel, of Amberleaf Designs where she really delved in the business of interior design and fell in love with the process.

When Blemel left the area, Luttmann went to work for Sandpoint Furniture Carpet One as their resident designer. She spent many happy years there working with clients and contractors alike, helping to create beautiful homes for people. Recently, she decided it was time to venture out on her own and Seven Bee Interiors was born. Nikki’s specialties are remodels and new construction, but she enjoys all facets of design and will take on any project large or small.

The 7B Women’s September luncheon will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 10, from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Tango Café and is open to everyone in the community. The cost is $21 or $16 if you are a member of 7B Women, Inc. Individual memberships cost $50 per year and can be paid online at the group’s website, 7BWomen.com.

Please note that due to the high participation in the past and so Tango Café can adequately prepare for the luncheon, pre-registration is highly encouraged.

If people would like an opportunity to promote their business at the luncheon, attendees are asked to bring an item to raffle and will be given a “minute with the mic” during the course of the luncheon. Because of the number of raffle items that have been donated in recent months and the time constraints of the luncheon, 7B Women is limiting the opportunity for a minute with the mic to current 7B Women members only.

Register online at 7BWomen.com and you can also purchase your raffle tickets ahead of time to avoid standing in line at check in and optimizing your networking time. Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 tickets for $5.
