Accidental 911 activation was reported on Baldy Mountain Road at 8:07 a.m.

A VIN was verified in the 400 block of Marion Avenue at 9:11 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Larch Street at 9:34 a.m.

Report of a physical altercation in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 11:42 a.m.; suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival.

A vehicle was damaged in the 500 block of S. Division Avenue at 12:08 p.m.

During a traffic stop in the area of Highway 200 and Lutzke Drive at 12:54 p.m., paraphernalia was seized for destruction.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Halley Street at 1:22 p.m.

An attempt to locate was broadcast for a male, who was last seen in the 200 block of S. Fourth Avenue at 1:10 p.m.

After a complaint at 3:52 p.m., an officer advised he was unable to locate anyone involved in a domestic or needing

assistance in the 1500 block of Oak Street.

Officers were unable to locate a reportedly suicidal male in the Highway 95 area in Sagle at 3:54 p.m.

Found property from a transient camp was reported in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Baldy Mountain Road at 4:29 p.m.

Report of a possible unlawful entry in the 1500 block of Main Street at 4:55 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Oak Street at 4:47 p.m.

Extra patrol was requested on W. Lake Street at 5:13 p.m.

After a DUI investigation in the area of Fifth and Larch at 5:46 p.m., an officer advised that the driver was released without charges.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 800 block of Hickory Street at 5:45 p.m.

Sunglasses were reported taken from the 100 block of W. Lake Street at 6:49 p.m.

Report of possible threats in the 600 block of N. Florence Avenue at 6:48 p.m.

A trailer was reported taken from the 2300 block of Great Northern Road at 8 p.m.

A VIN was verified in the 900 block of Ebbett Way at 7:21 p.m.

James E. Keeton, 23, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of S. Boyer Avenue and W. Lake Street at 8:27 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

A Sandpoint officer assisted county on a call in the area of Woodland Drive and Great Northern Road at 9:55 p.m.

Timothy M. Kilchenstein, 49, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of N. Division Avenue and Walnut Street on a charge of driving under the influence (second offense).

An officer assisted other agencies on Boise Street in Kootenai at 7:01 a.m.

Mark L. Smith, 53, of Ponderay was arrested in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 8:09 a.m. on charges of burglary and grand theft.

Officers responded to the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way for a report of a missing person at 11:42 a.m.

Report of a non-injury accident on Kootenai Cutoff Road at 12:46 p.m.

An officer assisted Sandpoint Police in the area of Highway 200 and Lutzke Drive at 12:54 p.m.

An officer took a report of found property in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 11:46 p.m.
