Robert Dennis Hoss, 74

Robert Dennis Hoss, 74, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2019, at his home in Hope, Idaho, after a brave battle with leukemia.

Memorial services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14, at the Cabinet Mountain Calvary Church with Pastor Scott Douglas officiating.

Robert was born on June 10, 1945, in San Francisco, California, to James and Dora Hoss.

He grew up and attended schools in Hope.

Pharmacy school was at the University of Montana.

Robert married Diana Hubbell on March 29, 2003, in Sandpoint. His greatest joy was spending time with his six children and living in the home his grandparents built.

He is survived by his wife Diana Hoss of Hope; three sons, Robert Hoss of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Steve Hoss of Athol, Idaho, and Andrew Hoss of Hope; a daughter, Diane Tollerud (Bill) of Ply-mouth, Minne-sota; his stepsons, Brandon Chal-mers of Coeur d’Alene, and Chris Chalmers (Amanda) of Coeur d’Alene; five grandchildren; his brother, James Hoss of Coeur d’Alene, a sister, June Entringer of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and his first wife, Julie Wright of Coeur d’Alene.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Dora Hoss of Hope.
