Company's inaction bordering on not caring about customers

How can a major company like AT&T/DirecTV no longer offer two major television networks, FOX and NBC, to their customers here in the Sandpoint area? I have been a DirecTV customer since 1998 but now I think I have to make a change.

We have two AT&T cellphones, an AT&T hot spot for our computers to receive Wi-Fi and the internet plus four TVs connected to DirecTV. This act of DirecTV is bordering on absurdity not caring about their customers. Not one person at DirecTV can tell me when I have called them many times on the phone, spending countless hours of my time asking when we will once again receive NBC and FOX and trying to straighten out my bill which changes every month. All they ever say is, “we apologize for your inconvenience.”

So I ask, how do you spell DISH?
