Joyce Eunice Knaggs, 89, passed away on Friday, Sept. 13, 2019, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

A celebration of her life will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Sandpoint on Saturday, Sept, 28, 2019, at 11 a.m.
