Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code and Dover City Code has been set for Dover City Council on October 10, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at Dover City Hall, 699 Lakeshore Ave., Dover, to consider the following proposed amendment to Title 12 (Zoning Regulations), initiated by the City of Dover: File #AM017-19, Structures and Fencing - An amendment to Title 12 to clarify fence setback standards, provide a fence definition, and revise the structure definition to exclude fences not exceeding 7 feet. The Dover Planning and Zoning Commission heard this file on May 2, and June 6, 2019 and recommended approval, adding standards for fencing materials and maximum heights within the waterfront and front yard setbacks. The City Council heard this amendment July 11, 2019, denied the ordinance as recommended, requested removal of proposed front yard fence height restrictions and an adjustment of maximum fence height standards within the waterfront, and called for further public notice. The public is encouraged to attend the hearings or provide written response. Any written comment greater than 1 page must be submitted at least 6 days prior to the meeting. Written material not exceeding 1 page may be read into the record the day of the hearing. Public testimony shall comply with Dover's public hearing resolution (copies available at City Hall.) STATE TIMBER SALE CR040003, HANNA FLATS GNA A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 3258 W. Industrial Loop, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815, at 10:00 a.m. local time, on Thursday, September 26, 2019 for an estimated 6,425 MBF of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting, which includes pulp. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of chipwood and topwood that shall be removed by the purchaser. Prior to bidding, eligible bidders shall present a certified check or bank draft payable to Treasurer, State of Idaho, or a bid bond acceptable to the State, in the amount of $45,331.44 which is 10% of the appraised net sale value of $453,314.40. The successful bidder's deposit will be forfeited to the State should the bidder fail to complete the contract. The State will not accept bids from parties who are delinquent on payments on existing state contracts. The average starting minimum bid price is $103.52 per MBF.
