Nicholas Ulrich, 31, of Sandpoint, was arrested on Larch Street at 2:47 a.m. on an outstanding misdemeanor Bonner County warrant.
Report of suspicious activity at the Clark Fork dump on Highway 200 at 4:52 a.m.

Sept. 8
A civil standby was requested in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 8:15 a.m.
An officer assisted Ponderay Police on a traffic stop at 11:03 a.m. in the area of Highway 95 and Schweitzer Cutoff Road.
Furniture was reported damaged in the 900 block of Sandpoint Avenue at 11:28 a.m.
Several illegally parked vehicles in the 400 block of N. Lincoln Avenue were towed by the property owner at 4:47 p.m.
A 16-year-old Sandpoint male was arrested in the 200 block of Halley Street at 5:09 p.m. on charges of battery and malicious injury to property.
An officer was unable to locate a male in the 500 block of N. Fourth Avenue for a welfare check at 5:21 p.m.

Sept. 8
An officer responded to a welfare check in the area of Highway 200 and Kootenai Bay Road at 9:23 a.m.
A juvenile was taken to JDU at 11:03 a.m. in the area of Highway 95 and Schweitzer Cutoff Road on charges of possession of marijuana (less than three ounces) and possession of paraphernalia with the intent to use.

Dennis G. Jackson, 61, of Shelton, Wash., was cited in the 477200 block of Highway 95 at 5:13 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana (less than three ounces), and possession of paraphernalia with the intent to use.
An officer responded to a citizen assist in the 476800 block of Highway 95 at 9:06 p.m.
Michael A. Hoffman III, 35, of Athol, was arrested in the 1200 block of Fifth Avenue in Sandpoint at 10:18 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence (excessive) and carrying a concealed weapon while under the Influence.
