Head of the Pend Oreille Regatta set

The annual Head of the Pend Oreille Regatta in Priest River happens Sept. 28. Hosted by Pend Oreille Rowing and Paddling Association, the race begins at 8 a.m. at the “Mudhole” at the Priest Lake Recreation area, located on Highway 2, 1 mile east of town.

There will be a catered barbecue lunch by Klondike Cafe, featuring Bruno’s famous chicken and ribs.
