NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Bonner County has received a Petition to Abandon and Vacate a County Road from Iris DeMauro to abandon and vacate a portion of Brush Road sometimes referred to as Spring Creek Road, which is North of East Spring Creek Road at the Stoney Brooke junction, including all current and past locations of Brush Road on Petitioner's real property, and further described on Addendum 1, attached hereto (The Right of Way to Be Vacated).
