Harvey Ralph Riffle, 90, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

A celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date. Harvey had served with the U.S. Navy, retired from the Idaho State Police and served as a local pastor.
