| April 15, 2020 1:00 AM

Stressed. Mentally drained. Emotional eating. Physically exhausted. Smoking. Drinking alcohol.

Do any of these sound familiar for you or someone you care about? Are you sick and tired of meandering through the maze of health and wellness related magazines, online articles, television programs and bottles of fancy colored pills all promising you a healthy physique?

In today’s society, with undue stresses pulling you in various directions, wouldn’t it be nice if you had a plan that you could incorporate into your daily life that was simple? A plan that was easy to follow, guaranteed results and left you scratching your head wondering why you didn’t start this sooner?

I have established the following seven tips that you and your family can benefit from. In an extremely short amount of time, you should notice increased energy, weight loss, inches lost and possibly, the ability to handle stress a little easier. Don’t you deserve to be healthier? Isn’t it time for you to be in the best shape? Plan to be successful and you will be.

1. Always think of your health. Every breath you take is a give of time. Use it wisely.

2. Never starve yourself; eat high quality nutrition at the right time. Eating clean is mandatory!

3. In the kitchen, learn about food and how to cook healthy food. Say no to processed foods for yourself and your children. If you would die for your kids, why don’t you cook for them?

4. Drink, drink, drink — lots of water, that is. You must keep your body hydrated.

5. Be patient and recommit every day. Success takes consistency and time.

6. Stop complaining. Regardless of your current situation, Just do it!

7. Exercise every day! Don’t be afraid of the weights. If you want to seriously change your physique, you must incorporate resistance training into your routine.

If you are tired of beginning a new lifestyle change, perhaps it is time you quit stopping. It is never too late to be who you might have been.
