NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Bonner County has received a Petition to Abandon and Vacate a County Road from Iris DeMauro to abandon and vacate a portion of Brush Road sometimes referred to as Spring Creek Road, which is North of East Spring Creek Road at the Stoney Brooke junction, including all current and past locations of Brush Road on Petitioner's real property, and further described on Addendum 1, attached hereto (The Right of Way to Be Vacated). NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing in accordance with the provisions of the Idaho Code to receive public testimony and consider Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law regarding the proposed abandonment and vacation of The Right-of-Way To Be Vacated.
