Sandra K. LaCroix
Sandra (Sandy) LaCroix, 76, went home to Jesus on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 in Newport Wash.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Angela K. Hall and Freddie D. Hall; her sister, Shirley (Jackie) Barrett, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Sandy was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on November 8, 1943, to Scott T. Dunn and Bertha J. Barret (Edwin). She was the youngest of three children. As a young child in Memphis, Sandy enjoyed playing the drums for the local city park band, twirling the baton, and Bam Ball for which she became champion. She had four children from her first marriage.
She met her husband, Napoleon (Paul) LaCroix in Norwalk, California, and they were married on March 10, 1984. They moved to Sagle, Idaho, in 1994 where they remained and built their life together. Sandy was a member of New Song Bible Church in Sagle, Idaho, where she made lifelong friends whom she loved dearly.
Sandy was a huge animal lover. I believe she received the most beautiful greeting in heaven by her family and all the pets she’s lost.
In lieu of flowers, Sandy would have liked any donations to be made to any no-kill animal shelter/sanctuary of your choice.
Sandy is preceded in death by her husband, Napoleon (Paul) LaCroix (2010), parents Edwin (2007) and Bertha (2004) Barrett, her brother Donald Dunn (1995), daughter Sarita K. Kimble (1961), her sons Richard S. Kimble (2013) and William M. Kimble (2019).
A celebration of life will be held at the New Song Bible Church, 470250 Highway 95, in Sagle on Saturday, August 15, at 1:30 p.m. Pastor Barry Johnson is officiating
