Joshua Blaine, 35, of Spokane was arrested in the 1300 block of Peninsula Road in Priest River at 7:57 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Report of juveniles throwing apples at vehicles in the 100 block of N. Ella Avenue at 9:23 a.m.

A wallet and cash were reported taken from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Oak Street at 12:11 p.m.

A vehicle was reported vandalized in the 300 block of Halley Street at 12:58 p.m.

Theft of services was reported in the 100 block of Main Street at 4:14 p.m.

Found money was brought in to the police department on W. Lake Street at 4:26 p.m.

A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported at Sixth and Poplar at 4:45 p.m.
