Jessie M. Mueller, 62

Jessie M. Mueller, 62, passed away at her home in Sandpoint on Monday, Aug. 17, 2020.

Family services will be held at a later date.

Jessie was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas on April 14, 1958 where she attended local schools and graduated from high school. She earned her licensed practical nurse certification and worked in the health care field in Aurora, Illinois. In 1990 she moved to Elmira, Idaho working for Bonner General Hospital, Valley Vista Care Center and for Dr. Cope; retiring in 2016.

Jussie was a member of the Back-Country Horseman’s Association, riding the back country on a horse, or a mule. She had ridden in the Bob Marshall Wilderness area, in Montana.

She is survived by her son Ben Sossaman, her sister Darlene Powers, her long-time friend Jon Miller; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
