Sole Source Advertisement This serves as notice that the Board of County Commissioners intends to contract with Pictometry International Corporation for the sole source procurement of Aerial Imagery contract. This sole source procurement is in accordance with Idaho Code 67-2808(2) and approved by the Bonner County Commissioners on the 22nd day of January 2019. The reason for the sole source procurement from Pictometry is that they are currently the only oblique imagery platform that currently integrates with the assessment software used by our Assessor's Department for valuation of property.
