Clifford “Cliff” Theodore Lanning, 78, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Private services will be held at a later date. Cliff was a member of the U.S. Navy and was the head rangemaster at the outdoor shooting range. He also started the indoor shooting range.
