North Idaho lawmakers assigned to committees

SANDPOINT — North Idaho representatives Sage Dixon and Heather Scott have been assigned to several committees, the Idaho House Republican Caucus announced on Friday.

Dixon, who holds the District 1 House B seat, was named chairman of the House Business Committee. Dixon was also assigned to the Revenue & Taxation and Transportation & Defense Committees.

Scott, who holds the District 1 House A seat, was named to the Environment, Energy & Taxation Committee, in addition to the Judiciary Rules & Administration and State Affairs committees, the caucus said.
