Edward Prince, 41, of Sandpoint was arrested in the Hickory Street area at 5:10 p.m. on charges of possession of meth; and Colton Wylie, 30, of Sandpoint was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and frequenting a place drugs are used.
Disorderly conduct was reported on W. Lake Street at 5:59 p.m.
