BRICK COMPANY REORGANIZES

Papers have been filed in the reorganization of the Sandpoint Brick & Tile company, which owns the old drypress brick plant west of the city on the G.N. The incorporators are Thomas King and G.H. Martin of this city, H.W. Sanders of Talache, and A.R. Derr of Clarksfork. The owners have faith that an era of prosperity is about to break in Sandpoint and propose to be ready for it. If present prospects materialize, the plant may be put in operation this year, but no attempt will be made to start until business is guaranteed.
