Lovin’ the Lights

Members of the Sand Creek Regatta Group man their float just before the start of Friday’s Winter Carnival Parade. The group won grand champion honors for their float. Best in theme honors for the float best capturing the parade’s theme of “Love and Lights” went to Ting.
