NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., Council Chambers of Ponderay City Hall, 288 Fourth Street, Ponderay, Idaho, to consider the following request: File SS20-022 - Proton Park Subdivision - D & T Sley Properties, LLC is requesting preliminary plat approval in order to further subdivide Triangle Commercial, Block 2, Lot 4, an existing 1.25 acre lot, into two lots ranging in size from approximately 22,500 sq ft to approximately 31,800 sq ft. The property is located on the south side of Triangle Drive in Section 11, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, Bonner County Idaho.
