MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING January 21, 2020 RECREATION Approved the submittal of the East Bonner Groomer Pilot Truck grant to Idaho Parks and Recreation and confirm our commitment in providing a $20,000.00 match to the Pilot Truck Grant proposal. Approved the quote from Prinoth in the amount of $99,000.00 and gave authority for the Recreation Manager to purchase the Prinoth BR350 groomer. ASSISTANCE Approved Resolution #2020-11 for the Approval of the destruction of Indigent Assistance Office Records. ROAD & BRIDGE Approved Resolution #2020-12 that authorizes the Road and Bridge Department to post Road Restrictions (size, weight and hauling limits) on County roads for 2020. FAIR Approved the Fairgrounds 2021 Idaho Parks and Recreation, Recreational Vehicle Grant Application for roadway improvements to the Fairgrounds RV Campground road. BOCC Approved Resolution #2020-13 changing the Waterways Advisory Board meetings from monthly to quarterly and appointed the Recreation Director as Chairman. Approved Resolution #2020 -14 adding member terms and appointing two new members to the Bonner County Natural Resources Committee. At 9:25 a.m. the meeting was recessed. At 9:35 a.m. the meeting was reconvened. EXECUTIVE SESSION At 9:35 a.m. Commissioner Connolly moved to enter into Executive Session under Idaho Code §74-206 (1) (A) Hiring with Cindy Binkerd.
