No surprise here. The Sandpoint girls basketball took home half of the all-league honors for their efforts this past season.

Senior Dawson Driggs was named the league MVP and junior Hattie Larson and senior Maddie Morgan were both included on the All-4A Inland Empire League girls basketball team.

The awards were announced Monday.

Driggs receives MVP honors after being named to the all-league team last season.

This is Larson’s second straight season being named to the all-league team and Morgan makes the team in her final season with the Bulldogs as the team’s 3-point specialist.

Head coach Will Love was also named the Coach of the Year.

Driggs will take the court for the final time in her high school career when she plays for the girls Region Team in the Idaho High School All-Star Basketball Game on Friday, March 14 at North Idaho College. Love will also be the head coach of that team.

Other members of the all-league team include: Melody Loutzenhiser (Sr., Senior), Katy Ryan (Jr., Lakeland) and Megan Watson (Sr., Moscow).
