Sandpoint Middle School students recently raised $246.46 as part of the school’s Design for Change program. Initially the class was going to hold a food drive for Bonner Homeless Transition’s Blue Haven facility but changed their minds so as not to conflict with a school food drive for the food bank. Instead, the class decided to wait untiil after Christmas to collect joins as part of a class competition to coincide with the end-of-the-quarter pep rally.
