A follow-up report was taken on Fir Street at 7:54 a.m.

A bank alarm reported on Highway 2 at 9:49 a.m. was unfounded.

Christina D. Spencer, 33, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 200 block of Dearborn Street on a Bonner County warrant at 12:40 p.m.

A shoplifting incident was reported in the 600 block of Larch Street at 2:22 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the area of W. Superior Street and Olive Avenue at 5:22 p.m.

Officers checked on a female in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 6:34 p.m. and advised she was fine.

A Sandpoint officer assisted Idaho State Police on a call in the area of Larch Street and Forest Avenue at 7:52 p.m.

An officer advised that reported gun shots in the 800 block of Cedar Street at 8:12 p.m. turned out to be fireworks.

A K9 unit responded to a call in the 700 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 12:53 a.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

Jan. 2

An officer took a noise complaint report in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 12:29 a.m.

Thomas J. Callahan, 38, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 700 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 12:53 a.m. on charges of possession of paraphernalia, possession of a prescription medication without a valid prescription, introduction of narcotics into a county jail, and possession of methamphetamine and heroin with the intent to deliver.

An officer advised a report of shoplifting on Highway 2 in Priest River at 2:50 p.m. was unfounded.
