Clines giving talk on endearing relationships

With February upon us, thoughts turn to Valentine’s Day. Whether you love it or dread it, it is a time to reflect and focus on nurturing the relationships in our lives. Over the years, many of us here in Sandpoint have turned to world renowned psychiatrist and author Foster Cline to guide us through those complicated moments. Whether it is a relationship with a child or a spouse, Dr. Cline has provided us with thoughtful advice through his books and countless local speaking engagements.

On Tuesday, February 11, 7B Women will again welcome Dr. Cline and his wife Hermie as their guest speakers at the 7B Women monthly luncheon. The couple is engaging, informative and extremely entertaining, and it’s a presentation you won’t want to miss.

Dr. Cline is an internationally renowned child and adult psychiatrist, accomplished author and fortunately for our community, a Sandpoint resident. Dr. Cline has been the one many parents turn to when struggling with a parenting issue. Among his authored books is the extremely popular “parenting Bible,” Parenting with Love and Logic.

“We are thrilled that both Foster and Hermie have agreed to join us and share their knowledge and life experiences with us,” said 7B Women President Kim Diercks.

The 7B Women’s February luncheon will take place on Tuesday, February 11 from 11:45am to 1pm at Tango Café and is open to everyone in the community. The cost is $21 or $16 if you are a member of 7B Women, Inc. Individual memberships cost $50 per year and can be paid online at the group’s website, 7BWomen.com.

Please note that in the past Dr. Cline’s presentations have always been sold out, so pre-registration is highly encouraged if you want to ensure your spot!

If people would like an opportunity to promote their business at the luncheon, attendees are asked to bring an item to raffle and will be given a “minute with the mic” during the course of the luncheon.

Because of the number of raffle items that have been donated in recent months and the time constraints of the luncheon, 7B Women is limiting the opportunity for a minute with the mic to current 7B Women members only.
