Mobile Market plans Newport visit

NEWPORT — Second Harvest Mobile Market will be in town on Friday, June 5.

The mobile food bank will be at American Lutheran Church, 332801 Highway 2, Newport from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

The drive-thru distribution will offer free produce, nutritious perisable products and other groceries to any family in need of food assistance. Up to 300 families will be able to be helped through the event.

No documentation or appointment is necessary.
