Edward Charles 'Eddie' Taylor IV, 38

Edward Charles “Eddie” Taylor, 38 of Post Falls, Idaho, passed away on February 21, 2020, peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones.

Eddie was born on December 24,1981, to Edward Taylor III and Patricia Fogarty in Manhasset, New York. Patricia, Eddie and his sister, Alicia, moved to Sandpoint, Idaho, in 1988 where he attended Sandpoint High School and graduated in 1999.

On May 18, 2004, Eddie welcomed the birth of his son, Jerad Taylor. On Nov. 17, 2012, Eddie met Ashley Collins and her daughter Trinity Kugle. They later married Ashley on June 23, 2018 in a small ceremony in Post Falls.

Eddie was hired on at Pepsico in 2013 where he eventually was promoted to a BCR sales representative. In 2018, Eddie was inducted into Pepsico’s Chairman’s Ring of Honor for his passion, drive, commitment to grow his route and for being an all-around salesman.

Eddie enjoyed spending time with his family and friends but was most known for being a die-hard Raiders fan. He enjoyed collecting Raiders and Yankees memorabilia to put in his man cave.

Eddie was reunited in death by his mother and father. He was survived by his wife, Ashley Taylor; son Jerad Taylor, daughter Trinity Kugle; sister Alicia Pereyda; brother Nick Taylor; his grandmothers, Peggy and Ronnie; mother-in-law Terrie; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Eddie’s celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at Yates Funeral Home, 373 E. Hayden Ave., in Hayden, Idaho.
