Justin E. McMillan, 38, of Clark Fork, was arrested in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road on a charge of driving under the influence at 4:45 p.m.

A suspicious circumstance was reported in the Prater Mountain Road area in Priest River at 6:35 p.m.

Frank Boisseranc, 27, of Cusick, Wash., was cited in the Highway 2 area in Oldtown at 9:06 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana.
